Kids across the country are gearing up for Halloween, one of the most exciting holidays. Nothing can beat the costumes, candy and parties. Unfortunately, all of the festivities can mean added costs! According to the National Retail Federation, the average American celebrating will plan to spend an average of $74 on decorations, candy, costumes and more.
