Wayne Spence Folsom Veterans Day Parade
The parade begins at 9 a.m. and is held rain or shine.
The City pays tribute to the nation's veterans at the 17th annual Wayne Spence Folsom Veterans Day Parade. This year's parade theme is "Remembering Our Veterans and Their Sacrifices.

SHEROES of Sacramento: A thank you for serving our country. 11am-2pm AKA House 3500 2nd Ave Sacramento, CA 95817 To salute our women veterans and provide support services: clothing closet, fiscal awareness workshop, and a mental health discussion.
All proceeds from the event will benefit The Objective Zero Foundation.
Founded by a group of veterans and service members, Objective Zero developed an app to enhance social connectedness and access to suicide prevention resources for fellow veterans. A registered 501c3, Objective Zero's staff and advisory board consist of service members, clinical psychologists, and mental health professionals seeking to eliminate veteran suicide.

Veteran's Day Observance at Mather VA Hospital. 10am-12pm Join us as we honor all veterans at the annual Rancho Cordova Veterans Day Observance.
Veteran's Day Lunch: 11:30am-3:00pm at the Rancho Cordova Moose Family Center To honor our Veterans, we are serving a free lunch to our Rancho Cordova Moose Members to those who served in our armed forces. Menu includes Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, veggie, salad & roll. Non-vets $7.

Veteran's Day at Koob's Nature Area. 10am-12pm
Each year at the Koobs Nature Area, we celebrate veterans in our community on Veterans Day. Come out and join us for the ceremony at 11am, refreshments, and an exploration of the Koobs Nature Area, founded by Earl "Ranger Jack" Koobs, himself a veteran of WWII. We're hoping for a lovely day as we've had in the past. This is a free event for all age
