Enjoy Free, Hands-on, Kids Activities with Horizon Charter Schools
Ever wonder what it would be like to homeschool your child? Join Horizon Charter Schools and some of our awesome educational partners at our upcoming SOAR with the Horizon Eagles event and find out!
The event is open to all families interested in learning more about homeschooling through Horizon Charter Schools or Lincoln Montessori. Current Horizon families are also encouraged to attend. Families will discover some of the fabulous opportunities available for Horizon students through our educational partners.
Our teachers and staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide information about homeschooling, independent study, virtual learning and our Lincoln Montessori program. Plus, kids will enjoy crafts, science, virtual reality, sports, engineering, music, sewing, and more with some of Horizon’s educational partners including: EMH Sports, Learn Piano Live, Mad Science, Play-Well TEKnologies, Sac Makers, Home Tutoring Plus, Camp EDMO, Miss Kitty’s Sewing School, Writing with Kris, and others.
SOAR with the Horizon Eagles takes place Saturday, May 12 from 11am - 3pm in near the outdoor play area at Westfield Galleria at Roseville, 1151 Galleria Blvd. in Roseville.
The event is completely free and no registration is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Just What Are Educational Partners?
Horizon Charter Schools partners with local businesses that offer fun, interesting and education programs for homeschool students. These companies are our educational partners.
Horizon families can use their ample student funds to enroll in private or group instruction with Horizon’s approved local vendors. Courses include: martial arts, music, horseback riding, dance, robotics, driver training, visual arts, foreign languages, individual and team sports, sewing, cheer, and many, many more elective and enrichment courses, as well as core classes and tutoring for academic subjects.
