By Jennifer Hill, Publisher of Palo Alto-Redwood City-Woodside-Portola Valley, CA November 9, 2018

Our family loves corn on the cob! It's always a yummy side, especially when we are grilling. Thankfully, my husband loves to cook and try different things. Tonight he grilled some amazing corn on the cob!

What you need:

  • Corn on the Cob
  • Butter
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • Foil

What you do:

  1. Remove the corn husks and silk.
  2. Lay the cobs on a large piece of foil.
  3. Butter the corn.
  4. Sprinkle with some lemon pepper seasoning.
  5. Wrap the corn up in the foil.
  6. Add to the grill and heat for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning frequently.

Options:

If you'd rather boil the corn or cook in the slow cooker, melt some butter and brush onto the cooked corn and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.

There are a few toppings you could add to change it up such as grated parmesan cheese or cotija cheese.
