The kids are out of school, and after being excited to get out school, after just a short while you are likely to start hearing the dreaded "Mom, I'm bored". I've heard how boredom can be good for kids (it's helps with creativity and problem solving skills), but we all know how hard it is when they start to whine. Not only that, after a few days they can start bouncing off the walls, because they need to burn off some energy. So what are you supposed to do? You are now tasked with keeping them busy, while still keeping your sanity! You could send them outside, but when the temperatures soar, it is not the best place to be.
