Easter Table Decor on a Budget

By Jessica at Blog About It All and Macaroni Kid Roseville-Rocklin-Lincoln April 21, 2019

I just had to share with you these cute Easter ideas from Jessica at blogaboutitall. These are things you could do today and they won't take much time at all.

Carrot Napkin Utensils
What you need:
Orange Napkins
Green Plastic Utensils
Ribbon or Twine
Lay the orange napkin so it looks like a diamond, place your green utensils in the middle and wrap.
Tie with some ribbon or twine. I love using plastic cutlery when I can. I’m all for less dishwashing.

Egg Place Setting Name Cards
Use an egg as a table name card. I decorated my hardboiled egg using edible markers. You could use dyed eggs if you prefer.  I placed a paper doily on the plate and then placed the hard-boiled egg in a cupcake wrapper with some Easter paper grass.  I think this is such a cute idea for brunch or dinner get together.  I used a real hard-boiled egg

Egg-citing Snacks
I love how Jessica used plastic eggs to put snacks for the kids out on the table. They can easily grab what they want, and the portions are great for little ones.

It just goes to show how a  quick and easy idea can be fun and add to the holiday table. We don't need to make elaborate things to make an impact. She used a clear plastic egg container, but you can save an egg carton (from when you color eggs) to put the plastic eggs in.
