- one part Valentine's M&Ms
- one part yogurt covered raisins
- one part Craisins
- two parts mini marshmallows (or the pink heart shaped ones!)
- two parts granola or granola type cereal
- three parts chocolate Teddy Grahams, chocolate animal crackers or chocolate cereal puffs
