If you and the kids are into fishing, or you want to get them into fishing, there are some fun fishing events coming up. Some are a little drive from Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln area, but can make a fun family outing for the day.
Here's what's coming up:
Kids Free Fishing Event April 20 9am-2pm: Lake Camanche. Includes lunch, loaner pole, and prizes
Fishing in the City April 20 8am-12noon: Granite Regional Park. For ages 5 to 15 year-olds. Learn to fish clinic includes use of pole.
Fishing in the City April 27 8am-12noon. North Natomas Regional Park. For ages 5 to 15 year-olds. Learn to fish clinic includes use of pole
Collins Lake Fishing Derby May 4 6am-6pm: All entrants receive a bbq lunch and a raffle ticket.
Fishing, Families, and First Responders May 11 8am-3pm Gibson Ranch. A fun event for first responders. Food trucks, bounce houses, and prizes.
Don't forget the Free Fishing Days for Everyone coming up this year!
