Hello, fall! Hello, sale!
Do you ever notice your kids getting hungry even though it's been only 10-15 since their last snack? And then when it comes round to meal time, they aren't hungry at all. 
As parents, making food choices for ourselves AND the rest of our families can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when it's more than just your three meals a day! Here are some tips that have helped us:
- Having set times for snacking throughout the day
- Mixing and matching snack plates so they include protein, fiber, and fat
- Introducing new snack ideas with old ones
- Buying single-serving snacks in convenient packaging for their portion
Another great discovery has been the bento box or food trays that have dividers, which are likely to be found at one of our JBF sales which we have coming up soon September 16-17 at Courtside Basketball Center! These make planning and plating snacks (and even meals, tbh!) a bit easier for home, school, trips, etc!
