Quarry Park Adventures in Rocklin will host its annual Harvest Festival Family Weekend October 14, 15 and 16 and Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 29th. Both free annual family events run from 11am to 3pm each day, and entry is free.
Harvest Festival Weekend activities will include:
- FREE candy at check-in if you pre-register for the event!
- Free petting zoo with adorable farm animals (Saturday, Oct. 15 only)
- Free professional face painting
- Spooky scavenger hunt
- Fall photo backdrops for selfies
- Festive fall decor throughout the park
- Harvest-themed food and drinks available for purchase
- and more
Quarry Park Adventures is engaging local businesses and nonprofits to host a “trunk” at the annual Halloween event. There is no fee to host a trunk. Participating community members must decorate their vehicle to add to the festive atmosphere and provide their own supply of unsealed/pre-packaged candy. Sponsor logos are requested no later than Oct. 7. Interested participants are asked to call (916) 824-1685 or email andrea@quarrypark.com to register or inquire for more information.
October 29th Trunk or Treat event activities will include:
· Car “booths” in the Quarry Park Adventures gravel parking lot where local businesses and nonprofits will host trick-or-treating with free treats and candy. Guests are asked to pre-register for this event.
- Free professional face painting
- Spooky scavenger hunt
- $5 Kidz Kove tickets during the event (11am-3pm, reservations recommended)
· Fall photo backdrops for selfies will also be available throughout the park
Families are encouraged to pre-register for events if they plan to attend. Those who do register online will receive a treat bag upon arrival.
