Providing some extras to help!

Camp Boggy Creek: A camp for 7-16-year-olds with specific diseases, illnesses, and conditions. Safe, fun, medically sound camp. Free to attend. Funded by donations. In Florida (must provide transportation to). Paul Newman was one of the founders

Feel Better Friends: Custom-made dolls with children's likeness for children suffering from cancer and other illnesses. They have volunteers all over making them. 501 (c)3 non-profit. 

Icing Smiles: Volunteers around the U.S. provide those with special needs cakes when they reach milestones, like birthdays. Require 4 weeks minimum notice (unless hospitalized or terminal). 501(c) (3) Non-Profit

CancerCare: Financial assistance for children in the U.S. with cancer, based on income eligibility.

DifferentNeedz: Helping those with developmental disabilities obtain necessary equipment & medical services

Family Reach: Helping families with the financial burden of cancer

First Hand: Helping fund a wide variety of medically necessary treatments and equipment for children without insurance. Income based. 

Generation Rescue: Help for those on the autism spectrum. Specific guidelines for eligibility

Giving Angels Foundation: Providing help to low-income families with a child with a physical disability

Modest Needs Foundation: Financial help designed to prevent hardworking families from falling into the cycle of poverty

Molly Bear Foundation: Helping families with a child with Trisomy 18 with financial support

Friends of Man: Helping to provide assistance with Wheelchairs, ramps, and medical equipment 

Holton's Heroes: A Pediatric Brain Injury Resource

MIRA Foundation: Foundation helps get a Guide Dog to those that need them

Miracle Ear Foundation: Helping those with hearing loss that have no resources available to them

National MPS Society: Financial assistance and support for MPS and ML families.

Help with Travel for Care

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation: Helps with the cost of traveling and lodging to receive care for those that are eligible

Believe in Tomorrow Children's Foundation: Hospital Housing if your child ever has to go to John Hopkins Children's Center

J Kiffen Penry Patient Travel Assistance: Travel expense reimbursement for those eligible families, with a member that has epilepsy, traveling over 50 miles to get care.

The Original Free Charity Cars: Help getting a car to those that need one to travel for medical, are victims of domestic abuse or natural disasters, and much more
