The Rocklin Friends of the Library are partnering with our friends at the Rocklin Police Department for some spooky stories, a trick-or-treating safety lesson, and candy to celebrate Halloween! Be sure to wear your costume and join in the fun!
As a reminder - this event is best suited for kids 2nd grade and under.
