• Ages: 14+
• Be Well Roseville is excited to offer a series of free wellness activities focused on three areas: physical activity, healthy eating, and mind/body renewal. Participate in any activity to earn a colored wristband. Collect all three and trade them in for an exclusive Be Well Roseville T-shirt!
• Event Description: Dress up in your best Halloween costume and join our shallow water fitness class. This event combines low impact exercise with festive fun. The best costume will win a Be Well Roseville beach towel.
