It's amazing how fast things can accumulate. If you are starting your Kondo clean-out, or just doing a little spring cleaning, you need to find a way to get rid of all that "stuff". Maybe you're lucky and have a good neighborhood (and have the time) to have a yard sale. If not, besides local Goodwill stores, there are plenty of places to donate your items.
